Mirko Fallak has been the owner and creative head of the company for more than a decade now. He provides advice to our customers during the development phase of new projects and organizes all matters necessary for the successful implementation of a project.

Since he continues to perform all major construction tasks himself, planning and implementation are virtually in the same hands.

When at work, Mirko is indefatigable though not overly loquacious. Don't be fooled by his characteristic frown - it just means he is concentrating on the larger picture that is still invisible to the common observer. Maximum efficiency is more important to him than raw speed. And a hot cup of coffee always spurs his imagination and analytical insights.
